We are wildly excited to have you and look forward to a wonderful time together!
VIRTUAL MEETING: Each registration includes onsite attendance and a virtual meeting link that will be provided after 2PM on June 11th. You will need to provide your email address when you register, or email: info@txaaconvention.org and include “Virtual” in the subject line after you have registered.
ONSITE MEETING: Registration and Check-in will begin at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 11. Since you have pre-paid, you will not need to register; your badge and program will be waiting for you. We have a limited block of hotel rooms reserved for convention guests for Friday and Saturday. If you would like to stay at the historic Hilton, you may reserve your room on the convention website at the discounted rate until May 13 or until our room block is sold out. If you are checking in at the hotel Friday, we recommend that you arrive as early as possible, be prepared for a wait at the front desk … and bring your Serenity Prayer with you!
PARKING: If you want to find free convenient parking, please visit www.fortworthparking.com. If you valet park at the hotel be prepared to wait, since there may be quite a few of us departing around the same time.
MEALS: If you have purchased a ticket to the banquet dinner or Al-Anon luncheon, your badge will be marked accordingly.
The committee will be sending updated program information over the next few weeks, and we will continue to keep you up to date right up to the day of the convention.
We’re looking forward to a fun weekend of fellowship and great speakers, and we can’t wait to see you!
